Welcome to TJ's On Fourth. Located in the center of UAB Hospital and Campus on 18th and 4th Avenue South.  TJ's on Fourth serves up Birmingham's finest foods with exciting dishes and unique ambiance. At TJ's on Fourth, every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients. We never use frozen ingredients. We serve only the choicest meats, freshest side dishes, and fresh baked breads and desserts.

Our authentic menu and atmosphere create a truly enjoyable dining experience. We hope you can dine with us soon! We would love to cater your lunch or dinner if you are located in the downtown area. We are also available for any type of event on weekends, whether it be a wedding or football tailgating get together. If you are a UAB student, we offer a 10% discount with a valid UAB student I.D card. Please ask us about our curbside to go menu, where you dont even have to get out of the car, we will bring the food directly out to the street for you on your way home from a long day at work.
